dude!

i dont entirely know why...

but i have completely fallen in love with this picture!

StickDinosaur responds:

Cool, feel free to look at it some more if you want

GHAAAA!!!

how do you make such good metal textures!!!

I really envy that. the modeling is smooth and realistic, the edges of the sword aren't entirely straight which is good, the textures are excellent, with one exception, the specularity on the main blade of the sword looks almost low rez when inspected closely, especially compared to that on the gold. unzoomed however it looks amazing! also the symbols on the main blade i feel like should end before the handle, maybe just take off the last character. overall a really good model!

i envy you

mine is disappearing at an amazing pace.

nice picture btw.

zappawadda responds:

Thanks! I love your style, so that means a lot.

impressive

nice model indeed. the planets terrain is very good, however i think it is a little extreme. if it was my model i would turn down the influence your bump mapping the same if you are using a texture. and it looks like you are. the only other thing is that it is a little grainy. i am assuming you are using raytracing, so you may want to turn up the samples. other than that great job!

AnthonyRichardWalker responds:

yeah i didn't really notice that until u said something, might change it idk. but the grain is done for wallpaper purposes, same with the clouds, when you get a full view it was quite boring without :)

nice!

your models never cease to amaze me! this is amazing! everything is so well modeled and textured! the only thing i would change if this was my model would be to decrease the reflection on the trash can. it looks a little funny, other than that tiny detail an amazing model!

nice

stylish, simple, elegant. nice composition! the chairs are placed really well, most 3d artists would just say, duplicate, move x 1.2 done. but the little bit of extra work really helps this piece feel more real. my only complaint is that it's a little grainy, did you use raytrace? maybe turn up the quality a bit. other than that perfect!

<deleted> responds:

The grain is actually post-work, but I guess I added too much :d

wait...

so did you make the model? or get it from some game? because it you made it i need to know how you made her left knee look so good! if not then... did you pose it? why post it here? anyway... if you did make the model, excellent job, if not you should probably not post it.

Gut-Drinker responds:

YES I DID MAKE THE MODEL, what do u mean why does the knee look so good? i used a biped in 3ds max, and yes i did pose it ( moved the limbs on the biped)im not trying to be nasty, my bro read my comment and he said im being nasty, hahaha.....i cant really see what im expressing when typing .....sorry, thanks for the seven XD

nice style!

i dont know, but there is something that i really just love about this style!

nice!

I love the expression! the shading is really good on this and it is really well drawn, but my favorite part by far is the expression!

an amazing piece of art!

I really enjoy looking at your art, especially art like this when you spend so much time on the line art. I really love all of the detail that you put into the closest robot and how well he portrays emotion with solely pose, that is awesome. this piece almost reminds me of the garden in castle in the sky if you have ever seen that movie. Great piece!

whenever i take multiple choice tests i always feel like i need to answer 3 d, even if it's wrong.
